Harden’s foul-drawing antics are grosser to watch (because he largely tries to hook guys arms on reaches) so he gets more hatred about it, but Jimmy’s “slam my shoulder into the defender to draw the foul” is pretty much just as bait-y.
Not to mention that foul call in the finals where he got 3 free throws for kicking Aaron Gordon in the dick is one of the most insane calls I’ve seen in my life.
This is so dumb. You do know the Cousins and Towns literally played against each other in Cousin’s prime, right?
KAT was young, but he got Boogie almost as much as Boogie got him, and that was with a 5 year head start for Cousins.
I think Paolo is a better #1 option who has real potential to become a legit offensive force. His offensive skill and foul drawing could make him the type of guy you build an offense around.
Barnes feels more like an amazing #2, especially alongside a scoring guard. Like, imagine him alongside prime Dame back in his Portland days.
For the Wolves, keep an eye on Josh Minott.
Former mid-2nd round pick who flashed in his first summer league and then kind of sucked for the past 2 years (he was a 3rd year playing in summer league this past summer and was only okay, which is usually a kiss of death).
But he’s been getting rave reviews from the FO, coaching staff, and key vets (Mike Conley brought him up), and he’s been very good in the preseason.
The Wolves are deep as hell, so he’s unlikely to get a ton of burn, but I could see him clawing his way into a 9th man role (or higher if injuries occur).
