Why are Steph and even Luka in consideration for being some of the best basketball players ever when they don’t play defense? In my eyes the top 10 should be the best players on both sides of the ball, not just one. Can Steph really be considered a top 5 player all time without ever being an above average defender?

    Forget top 10, if a dude can be half of his teams offense on high efficiency, then the man might arguably be the goat lol.

    At that point you can surround him with defenders that are lacking on offense and still be able to get the job donne

      Basically just described Wilt but without the defense. Seriously think he gets a bit underrated despite owning like half of the record book simply cus he couldn’t beat Bill

        When was Wilt shooting 70% true shooting.

        And Wilt had a terrible roster. And 60 points is still 10 more than 50 points, which is Wilts peak year and the mans carrier average was 30.

        Even then, Wilt is a top 12 player at worst and the only reason he isnt higher was the era he played in.
