Canada: free to watch with no commercials. Most events were live streamed and replays were always available. In some sports I watched there were some gaps sometimes split between the French and English CBC but mainly in preliminaries. All the finals were available. Interestingly some broadcasts had versions with indigenous language commentary (Innuktituk, Cree). In the sports I watched there was no specific Canadian commentary instead using g the world feed so I can’t comment on what it was like for sports where Canada had a bigger presence.
I don’t think this is as easily googleable as people think. Using data scraped from the list of medalists on the Olympic site, I get the following number of actual medals awarded to individual athletes, not just events.
