I disagree, Tokyo was way better as I could sleep through the morning sessions which usually are just qualifiers or heats and then watch the important stuff at work in the morning. There were only a few times I had to stay awake or wake up early to see something I really wanted to see.
In LA all the important stuff will happen in the middle of the night, which means I will basically not sleep for 2 weeks or fall asleep at work.
