Nah after playing with Westbrook whole career ball movement warriors were exactly what he wanted to play in . Team had cap space and he was free agent. More bitch move to cry about a legal move just because it made the team so good. If rockets made one more 3 they knock off warriors too
Who didn’t inform any single person within the organisation of his decisions. That proceeded to talk shit about okc players and the org. Who went to the team we lost in the finals to by a single game. Who went to a team that had already won championships. If any of those things are different it’s not that big of a deal.
Klay was literally an afterthought in the 2017 playoffs - 15 ppg on less than 40% fg and they went 16-1. That’s the same guy who put up 24ppg the previous year in the playoffs putting up 42% from 3 taking almost 10 attempts per game.
Ridiculous that a player of that calibre could be relegated to a role player and shoot poorly and still absolutely run through the league with ease and destroy a LeBron/Kyrie led team basically in their primes.
KD said himself the Rockets just switched everything so these screen actions didn’t give them much of an advantage, and then they’d live with letting the Warriors iso on whoever switched
old guys on their last leg teaming up aint the same as Lebron teaming up with superstars in their primes. Celtics didn’t disrupt balance when they didn’t even repeat consecutive Finals appearances
These teams were straight up unfair, you could get lucky and win the odd game against them, but nobody was beating a healthy KD-era Warriors team in a 7 game playoff series. Even as a Raps fan, I can say with confidence, no way we beat them if KD was healthy.
The first year with KD, where they went 16-1 in the playoffs, was absolutely nuts 😂
I mean what could you really do against them…either double KD or Steph and just hope one of them misses
And if you double them both you got Klay sitting in the corner taking uncontested 3s. KD still a hoe for that move lol

It was a bitch move the way he left.
Imagine if lebron went the celtics after his first Cleveland stint.
They were already champs. Softest move ever. Grats on his chips but
Seattle residents sitting here watching an OKC fan bitch about their player leaving like
why? he was a free agent

All they needed was 28, 29, maybe 30 chances…
I forgot about klay too lmao that team was bullshit
Then had Draymond and Iggy as elite defensive Swiss Army knife players
You MFers acting like you forgot about Klay
Raptors ended prime Klay :(
How could they forget
Yeah but what do you say to somebody you hate?
Or anyone tryna bring trouble your way?
Wanna resolve things in a bloodier way?
Then study a tape of GSW Bay
Just study the break of Klay’s only good leg

That team was insane, the best ever IMO.
What was the Rockets’ gameplan for the KD warriors
KD said himself the Rockets just switched everything so these screen actions didn’t give them much of an advantage, and then they’d live with letting the Warriors iso on whoever switched
KD Breaker of the Balance of the Association
nah that happened way before when Lebron started jumping ship with other superstars in their primes
Like when he went to Boston to team up with Paul Pierce and Ray Allen

16-1 and they weren’t trying that hard
Just goes to show how stacked this Dubs team was, literally a choose how you want to lose situation.
