But yet she’s comfortable calling trans people things they don’t desire to be called. “Rules for me but not for thee”. She intentionally called herself J.K. instead of Joanne to have a more “androgynous” name, so that people wouldn’t avoid engaging with her writings for the fact that she’s a woman. So she herself can dabble in ambiguity but if a trans person does it, it’s a problem.
