If the people at USA Gymnastics have proof that their appeal was at 46 seconds, why don’t they publish it. Chances are that the whole world will see the evidence and put enormous pressure on the CAS. The other thing is that the judges made the mistake. They corrected it and now the CAS takes the medal away from Chilles because of their bias towards their country. That is if it was a mistake. They sure as hell don’t miss any out of bounds, over rotation, or any of the hundreds of other deductions. Basically what I am saying is that they are quick to make a deduction, but when a gymnast does something more difficult they don’t score it higher. It’s is their job to be fair to all of the gymnast’s, not just the gymnast’s from their country. They have torn the hearts of the 2 gymnasts involved. I was watching when they added the difficulty to Jordan Chiles score. The other gymnast was crying her eyes out, and her coach couldn’t do or say anything to console her. DO THE RIGHT THING NOW!!!

They’ll probably say some bullshit like “Releasing the new conclusive evidence to the masses before presenting it to the FIG/CAS panel retroactively nullifies validity of the new evidence and therefore cannot be considered as evidence.”
