As for Ukraine, these Olympics were underwhelming since we only finished in 22nd place on the medal table despite previously competing for top 10 placements. There were some additional gold medals opportunities within reach. We completely failed in swimming, tennis, and some other sports. Still, the result is somehow decent considering the circumstances. In terms of athletics Netherlands is a big country, not surprising considering the investments and resources the country has. They also did send the 12th most number of athletes. But to have the 6th most golds and 8th most medals is really good.
Equally Sweden with 10 million inhabitants getting sixteenth is great. Like winning beach volley in a country with little to no beaches to compare to warmer countries is fantastic
