Was just reading that the USA team took advantage of the free health care in Paris. My question is since USA has no universal health care how do the athletes whom need medical care access this.

    Well, I’m sure all the work-related accidents (work as in competing in the Olympics) will be covered by medical staff at the Games.

    But normal health checkups? Americans will defo make them pay.

    European tourists are in for a ride lol. Probably tourism bodies will HEAVILY suggest they get healthcare insurance if they go to the US for the Games.
