France was a class act for the Olympics
Most incredible Olympics with the most incredible backdrops of any I’ve ever seen. The French crowds were amazing as well, so many fun chants, and they were quick to sing along to any song
The organization and flow to each event was seamless. Multiple helpers at every metro station letting you know where to go. It was super easy to get in and there was a ton of security / police everywhere.
These games will go down as iconic. Well done France!!
From a television perspective, I think these were the best I’ve seen. The venues were phenomenal.
The only issue I had is that there were a lot of mistakes in the broadcast for a lot of the events I was watching
Paris now turns towards getting ready for the Paralympics, and I’m sure they’ll be just as spectacular. Los Angeles will really have to try much harder to outdo it!
It’s more a scandal Paris forced athletes swim in Seine toxic river. Many vomits or got sick after swimming in that toxic river.
I loved it. Paris looked so beautiful and the venues were amazing. Nothing beats London in my eyes though (though as a Londoner I am biased). Absolutely can’t wait for LA! I think it’s going to be amazing!

Well i heard a bunch of stories about how the organization for this edition was horrible and a lot of complaints abouts judges, scoring and decisions, not to mention the obvious doping athletes.
But it was pretty i guess, who cares about actually fairness in the sport
Great games. Probably the best in the last few decades, I don’t know how they could be surpassed in the forseeable future.

Yep. There was no major controversy, and Paris is well suited for stuff like this. Other than the opening ceremony, it was perfect.
Except for the part where athletes had to swim in the Seine 🫠
