I haven’t seen every summer league team. I’ve seen about half of them. Tyler Kolek is easily the best passer I have seen in summer league. Best floor general overall and also decent scorer.

Kolek was the best passer in college basketball last season so it should make sense he’s the one of the best passers in the summer league.
I considered him to be pretty NBA ready and he should be like a guy you can spot play rotation mins pretty early on in his career.
Biggest thing will be his catch and shoot 3 point ability. His defense will never be great but that’s not a huge deal against backup guards.
