Danny Green, Shane Battier, Robert Horry, Convington and Avery Bradley are some of my favorites playing this role. I know OG, Derrick White are put in this category but personally I think they do a lot more than just 3&d. The question is are the number of players who specifically play only 3&d becoming less significant in current version of the game?

    Versatility offensively and defensively is the trend right now. Generating 3’s are important but teams want to get those looks off of multiple paint touches and rotating the defense. It’s about filling the floor with players who are threats not only to shoot but to put the ball on the floor, draw help defenders and make a pass to find the next shooter
