Shooters in some events wear special weighted jackets to aid in minimising movement and sway. Maybe women benefit more from it for some reason. Maybe there’s something about the general male vs female body type that means women end up with more stability. No idea tbh lol.
The explanation after the winter games was that women could control heart rate and breathing better than men therefore they were more stable/stationary than men. So similar reasoning in minimizing the movement.
