I would say Dwight but he never had a midrange game which would allow KD/Lebron/even Steph to cut.

So AD is my choice.

I believe he makes it, his later career has pretty much assured it. Not much of an all star but a multiple time champion, multiple time defensive player, multiple time Team USA selectee and champion at that too.

If he wins one more championship he definitely makes it as a third ballot.
