I wonder if there is some kind of handicap system so better FT shooters are held to a higher standard
Or if they have like +2 for a brick +1 for a roll out

I prefer a shot hitting the bottom of the back rim over a swish, always felt more repeatable
How could they be? Take either off the team and they’re still going to be a top seed.
NOO!!! NOT THIS GUY!!
Best piece of NBA content ever made
All-Star is definitely in reach but that would probably going to come down to outside factors more so than Lively’s own talent, although just being in a spot for that is a testament to the talent in its own right.
Gotta say, I think the comments underestimate how impressive it is for a 19 y/o to process the NBA game on both ends and how far that skillset takes you versus any other in basketball.
Because in the MLB, raw is the expectation. Very few players will debut within 365 days of the draft.
You’ll hear “toolsy” all the time to describe position players. Or you’ll hear about pitchers with elite stuff but a lack of command. Both mean the same as “raw.”
Those guys were the best player on every team they’ve ever been on and never learned how to adapt their game to being a supportive piece rather than a primary option. A very select few cut it in the NBA as a #1, everyone else needs to learn how to impact the game off the ball and on defense.
A DNP is pretty dumb. Watson is a versatile, smart player with good physical tools, always impressed me at Gonzaga. I like his game and think he has a shot to carve out a role down the line.
I’d say they are a serious franchise even though I disagree with that choice. Idk what they’d have to do to be not considered one. Maybe draft an undersized two guard with no offense or game sense who looked bad in college. Idk though
