Then the USAG should appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal and request a new arbitration, as the current law doesn’t generally allow CAS to accept appeals on finalized decisions unless all parties agree to it (hence why the new evidence and appeal wasn’t accepted). And i doubt FIG wants one more second of their mess, they want to move on ASAP.

It’s not some court. Both the FIG and IOC agreed that CAS is the arbitration court and final instance to decide on things.

The IOC could’ve let her keep the medal, but technically speaking she has no right to as her current position is 5th since the revision was understood to be null.

You really need to read what CAS is and it’s jurisdiction in regards to a lot of sports and federations. Maybe because i follow soccer/football i’m more familiar with it and it didn’t surprise me they had jurisdiction (as IOC rules say all international federations must answer to CAS).
