I don’t think you guys are doing the math on this. He’s basically paying $50k up front to get Agent fees of up to 50% but he’s not exploiting anyone.

You could always skip the 50k and go out on your own to get NIL money. Presumably, he’s putting guys in a better position to earn money than they would be without him, or they would just turn down the money. If Kendrick offers you 50k with conditions and an NIL contract is offering you 50K straight up, you will not be taking Kendrick’s money.

And he doesn’t have them pay him back unless it is based on NIL money.
