What is the rationale for allowing ten fouls in summer league?
It’s a league for new players to learn and gel. I think it’s great.

Sounds like a game where nobody moves their feet, just swiping at the ball. Did anyone foul out?
The worst reffed game I’ve ever seen. Any little bump was called a foul and then they still let the 76ers maul Rob Dillingham on the final play of the game and then called the offensive foul when he reacted.
