This will probably get downvoted but there is something to reading the room when you first enter a new vocation. Obviously speak up and in a tactful manner bring up ways to improve the organization. But there is no better way to be disliked as a new guy in an organization than huffing and puffing around like you know better when you haven’t done anything yet.
