He has one of the shortest primes ever. He won a mvp and after that he didn’t even make a all nba third team, it’s just weird how people think he should go into the hof but he is no where close to being a hof player tbh
He was like AI mixed with Ja Morant…though he got hurt and was never the same, his peak was so high and incredible to watch that those who saw it can never forget it.
Only won MVP so Bron wouldn’t have 3 in a row
A lot of y’all aren’t actually giving me a good reason on why he is a hof player, a couple good seasons doesn’t make a Hof player😭😭 I get his youngest mvp season was insane but that isn’t enough and his resume isn’t that impressive
Everyone commenting here obviously has great opinions but he just isn’t a Hof player, he’s a all time great in some peoples books but he won’t make the hall of fame and if he does make the hall of fame it will jus make the basketball hall of fame look like even more of a joke, he’s a amazing player and I absolutely love him but I’m jus being real
He played for no-market teams & had no superstar talent around him or any type of help whatsoever. Imagine the kind of career he would’ve had if he played with Lebron or Kobe or atlesst for Boston during his prime.
Trae young took the hawks to the eastern conference finals
It was a shitty era in the NBA and he was good.
dear diary,
I bet you didn’t watch drose’s MVP season
Nope because I was like 3 years old, but watching a good mvp season wouldn’t change my mind about him having a chance at Hof, jokic this season had a better season then mvp d rose
Hey dude when you’re older and learn about context and learn that it’s actually the basketball hall of fame and not NBA and then maybe you’ll learn he led his team to the most wins in NCAA history. Also you should probably take a look at who’s all in the basketball hall of fame and you’ll see there’s quite a few people in there who did less than Rose.
I’m thinking he probably wasn’t born yet
Youngest MVP in history means that you are a hall of famer. That’s it.
Anything else past that is icing on the cake.
My guy thinks MVP grows on trees
I’m curious if people’s opinion on this would change if someone else won MVP at a younger age before Rose qualifies. If he’s no longer the youngest MVP ever, does the MVP still auto-qualify him
If he didn’t get injured would people even wonder? That’s why I’m certain he’s got hof on lock. He is the biggest what if in recent years
Well if he had a better career it would be different of course
I mean he wasn’t the best player in the year that he won mvp
I mean he probably was. And the most lethal. But string cheesing this argument isn’t ever really productive on Reddit (tho tbf, most arguments on Reddit actually aren’t) so…
