Since the IST is now officially called Emirates NBA Cup. We now have three trophies for a team to win in a single season. These are:
• NBA Cup • Conference Championship • Larry O’Brien Trophy
If one team wins it all in a single season should we call them the NBA Grandslam Champions?
btw It was officially the NBA Cup during the inaugural year as well
The league just didn’t enforce the terminology until the latter stages of the tournament
