The fact that there’s an entire industry devoted to grifting republican voters, and that these grifters are indistinguishable from your rank-and-file Republicans, can only be the sign of a healthy democracy.
The worse sign is there are literally millions of people getting robbed daily by these grifters, either literally through campaign finance theft, scams, tax misappropriation, and many other methods, or figuratively by being convinced to elect people that pass policy that rob them of their freedoms and directly make their lives worse. Those same millions will also tell you with a straight face they’re happy about it because they’ve been convinced the side protecting their freedoms and protecting their medicare/medicaid and social security checks is actually the devil, and they were told they don’t actually want those things because made up people they were told to hate get them too.
