I’ve been in the poker world, and that’s why most celebs will stay the fuck away from televised games. All these shows do is exploit them for their clout without compensation. Steph and Klay play in private games with Hellmuth that stay private. Real hustlers like Hellmuth know deep down when to stfu, cause having Jimmy Butler’s bag in your game is free chicken dinner.
He does seem like a dick. His story wouldn’t surprise me though. There are certain players that could fall into this mold and it’s just believable, others the opposite. Jimmy Butler is someone I could believe that does fall into the mold of this story being told. Aaron Gordon or Josh Hart are guys that wouldn’t
