Hey guys, so with the 2024 games over and now we’re looking into 2028, Lacrosse was added for the 2028 olympics and I would love to compete in the olympics but I can’t find any information for trying out for the women’s lacrosse team and was wondering if anyone has any clue on how to try out or any information they could give me!!

Most countries have national teams, you’d have to get on a national team

If you’re talking about the US lacrosse team - No. Making the team in 4 years would be damn near impossible without intense training or some incredible natural talent. Most players would come out of the top NCAA programs, and you’d be left out.

If you can represent another country, you might get in, but again, you can’t just walk in and get a spot.

If you’re playing in college and make it to the D1 All-American level, don’t worry, they’ll find you.
