team name always. Take miami heat for example the black road jerseys used to be so fire when they said HEAT (with the little flame on the T) but when they changed it to MIAMI it ruined the aura.
I started watching the NBA in the early 90s when Champion was still the official outfitter of the league. So I’m partial to the uniforms of that era. No alternates and no changeing year to year. If I recall correctly most had the team names on both road and home (Bulls, Lakers, Jazz, Hawks).
