The scrutiny that this kid has dealt with his whole life is unbelievable. He still gets up and goes to work every day. He keeps working hard. He’s good to people. He’s a good teammate. Most of us start crying if somebody says something bad to us on Reddit. I can’t imagine what this kid must be feeling every time he steps on the court or looks at his phone. He’s experienced adversity on a level most of us will never experience. If I was an owner or GM I would kill to have somebody this mentally strong on my team. I hope he keeps working hard…. From heart attacks, to assholes on the Internet, to assholes in the league, he has handled it all with grace and maturity. He’s kind of an inspiration.
