When Nba started, Mikan, then Wilt/Russell dominated the league 50s - 60s . And Kareem continued it in the 70s.

However,

In the 80s - 90s, all time Centers are still present. But Magic, Larry, and MJ were the best players in the 80s - 90s.

Then Shaq/Duncan became best players in the early 2000s. So back to Big Men.

But mid 2000s - early 2010s. Kobe, Lebron, KD took over. And then Steph come along in mid 2010s. And in those years, big men struggled in the modern pace and space game.

But now in 2020s. All MVP winners are Center or Big Men. Joker, Giannis, Embiid.

People treat Jokic as the best player in the planet currently. And they still have prime years to spent the race of the decade.

And then Wemby, If you are riding to his hype, barring injuries, he might be the best player in the league come 2030 too.

Does Nba going back to Centers/Big Men being the best player (or arguably Top 3 players) in the league?

Or Luka/SGA/Ant/Tatum will somehow fight for those spots? (Maybe Flagg and Dybantsa too)

But do you believe Big Men already adapted to the pace and space game? And will now go back to being in the absolute top players in the league?

I want to see short players dominating.
