Back in the 1980s. Magic at 6’9 being able to play as a legit Point Guard in an elite level is a revelation.

Now, we have 6’7-6’8 Legit PG like Luka and SGA who are considered the top 2 PG in the league right now.

Even hali is 6’5-6’6 PG

But still other elite and top pgs like Steph, Ja, Brunson, Trae, etc are under 6’5.

Do you guys think a decade from now. PGs will be like Luka/SGA archetype in terms of height, length, and size? (Not playstyle. They can have different playstyle)

Will we see 6’7 PGs as the normal PG in the Nba in the 2030s or 2040s?

What do you think?

PS: I keep saying Legit PG. Because other people is confusing Point Forward like Lebron, and Point Center like Jokic as a kind of PG.

Nope, Lebron and Jokic are not Legit PG. You know what I mean.🙂

SGA measured 6’4.5” at the combine. Nowhere near 6’7” lol

SGA plays at 6’6” which is OPs point about taller bigger point guards. No need to nitpick at whether he’s 6’6 or 6’7 and miss the bigger picture.
