People expect a lot because of the WC win, but an olympic tournament is a whole different thing with a lot more pressure. Semi-finals are already huge and a medal would be the cherry on top.
If Germany gets a medal they have probably won more in the last three years than they did in the 100 years before that.

Hopefully it brings a bit more interest in the sport in Germany , won’t be easy with how big football is however
