Even if they were flopping you could impose pulling them out for the rest of the quarter and nobody gets charged a timeout. You could even do it as soon as one team scores. Its stupid when people have to foul or do dumb shit just to stop play without using a timeout and a 5v4 goes on for half a minute. just get him out of there, youre already putting him and the other players at risk tripping over him.
