Not to excuse generalizing the french, I think he’s just making a joke about how the french seem to be super hated by everyone (which imo is probably more reason to NOT make the joke). However I feel like if we’re talking about 10+ year vets it makes much more sense for it to be good content and their insight on other players in the league carries much more weight.
