There are so many college guys that do well there, but it doesn’t translate to the NBA. What traits or factors do you think are the most important in determining whether a guy will stick in the NBA? Shooting? The feel about the game? Defense? Body type? What matters?
Shooting. The only position that can get away with not having shooting is center, but it’s more or less a requirement for everyone else in the league.
The pessimist in me always assumes that nobody will figure out their shot if they have poor percentages prior to coming into the league.
