The judges fucked up obviously, but Romania is very much to blame here and I hate the people defending them when their “we’re fine if Jordan also got a bronze” is such an obvious PR move after they moved like a snake to steal her medal. It’s on them that they brought up the “60 seconds to challenge if you go last” rule and they knew where that would lead.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they threatened the IOC over it. Their PM said he was boycotting the closing ceremonies over this.
The judges are to blame but ok
But those are the rules, Romania is not wrong objectively
It just sucks that the medal is tarnished
And Romania deserves it and she lost her chance to celebrate it on the main stage
