What the hell kind of “court” refuses to consider relevant evidence when making a decision?

Also the court’s “decision” was made insanely fast, especially for a decision that was supposedly final. Kamila Valieva’s doping case took YEARS, as have so many other CAS cases. Why did this CAS case only take like a day or two?

Because Jordan Chiles is in American. It’s that simple. We are now with the Romanians were for decades, and apparently American gymnastics, being the best in the world is not a good thing.

That’s my theory anyways. all of this just reeks of anti-American bias.

If the US didn’t submit this video evidence they say proves the inquiry was filed within 1 minute, then CAS didn’t use it when making its decision. Them not reconsidering the case now following this evidence by the US is not unusual. Most court appeals (and not just sports courts, regular government courts too) don’t review new evidence in appeals.

Part of the question is whether the US was properly notified and had a proper opportunity to gather evidence in the first place. There is a lot we don’t know, but it seems likely that the US wasn’t afforded any sort of due process. This is definitely not over yet.
