It isn’t just gymnastics. Figure skating is an even better example of an art form which is also an Olympic sport.

Again, it’s like having vogueing at the Olympics, it completely nullifies the self expression and subculture element of it, which is the entire point. The fact that it’s physically demanding and athletic is secondary. It’s self expression. A subcultures self expression should not be judged and especially shouldn’t be graded.
