He came in the league too late, his profile would have been amazing in the early 2000. He looks like he found peace playing the Euroligue for Barcelona last year!
Him and Derrick Williams are my biggest busts relative to my expectations. Granted I didn’t have as high expectations for Williams as Jabari but never thought be less than a starter.
Jabari Parker in person looked amazing. For me, he once stood out in a game with LeBron, Giannis and Kyrie all playing great. It’s a shame he never reached his potential
Jabari Parker. From Chicago and saw him in person. Thought he was going to take over the league. Turns out I was very wrong

Jabari Parker (to a kid): “You don’t know what the NBA life is like!”
Chris Paul: “Hmm, actually, you don’t either, my friend.”
Kid: “Yeah, who are you?”
Jabari Parker: “I’m Jabari Parker. I was picked 2nd by Milwaukee.”
Kid: “What’s Milwaukee?”
Jabari Parker: “Milwaukee is a city, of course.”
Blake Griffin: “Man, I told you he wasn’t famous enough.”
Chris Paul: “You were right. You were right.”

This was the one for me. I really thought Giannis and him would become the modern day Penny and Shaq with the Bucks. Sadly he didn’t pan out.
Who was penny? Jrue?
Future superstar if not for injuries. He averaged 20 on 49% shooting when he was 21 and he was 37% from 3.
add okafor to that list of dukies that should’ve done more

Only on offense though, because he wasn’t paid to play defense
